By claiming, receiving or purchasing any funds that include a bonus, promotional or reward component — whether earned through gameplay, promotions, referrals, VIP rewards, challenges or a deposit — You agree to these Bonus Terms, which apply in addition to our Terms of Use.
1Usage requirement (playthrough)
Before bonus or promotional funds — and any prizes obtained using them — become eligible for withdrawal, they must be played through a set number of times:
- Usage requirements range from 1 to 1,000 times the applicable amount before bonus or promotional funds become eligible for withdrawal. For a deposit-match promotion, the displayed multiplier is based on the combined amount of the deposit and its matched bonus. For a standalone bonus or reward, it is based on the amount granted. The exact requirement for each bonus is specified on the applicable promotion page.
- This requirement applies across all games where bonus or promotional funds are accepted.
- The amount each play contributes toward the requirement is game-dependent, as set out in the table below. Contribution rates are subject to change at any time.
- Until the requirement is met, the applicable bonus or promotional funds — and any associated prizes — remain locked and unavailable for withdrawal.

The same contribution rates apply to loyalty point earning: a play that contributes at a reduced rate toward a usage requirement earns loyalty points at that same reduced rate, whether or not You currently hold a bonus or promotional balance.
2Expiration
- Bonus and promotional funds, and any unclaimed or unredeemed bonus tokens, expire after the period specified for the applicable promotion. This period varies by promotion and may range from as little as 24 hours to 12 months (or longer), at our discretion.
- Any bonus or promotional funds — and any associated prizes — that have not satisfied the applicable usage requirement before the expiration date are forfeited.
3Eligibility
- Bonus offers are available only to eligible, verified account holders who meet our eligibility requirements, including minimum-age and permitted-jurisdiction requirements. Offers are void where prohibited by law.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is limited to one per person, account, household, device, email address and payment method.
4General conditions
- Any attempt to redeem, circumvent or misuse bonus or promotional coins before the applicable usage requirement is met may result in forfeiture of those coins and any associated prizes.
- Abuse of bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion or any manipulation of promotions — may result in removal of all bonuses and associated prizes, and suspension or closure of the account(s) involved.
- We may add, modify, suspend, revoke or discontinue any bonus offer, contribution rate, usage requirement or expiration period, in whole or in part, at any time and at our sole discretion.
- We may determine, in our sole discretion, whether these terms or any bonus offer have been breached. Our decisions on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions are final.
- Where these Bonus Terms conflict with the published terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion’s terms govern for that promotion.
